Your audience will be able to access the event with one link, and be able to interact fully without any need for logging in or signing up. Nicknames are introduced as a new access level in Univid. Traditionally, you have had the option to require users to login to access the event, require login to access the session, or have an optional login/signup at each event. Of course, these options stay, but we are really excited to launch an additional level - Univid open sessions with nicknames. This type of open session is perfect for a playful type of event, filled with fun activities such as polls, reactions, gameshows, etc. when you don’t want to require each user to login. We have shown how you can create a beautiful digital event in less than 60 seconds. Now Univid will be an even simpler digital meeting solution, also for the participants.

The Univid open sessions with nicknames create a fun atmosphere, where users can use Univid real-time meetings as well as studio streams, and interact fully via nicknames! Of course, the users can still signup for a regular Univid account to save their event in their feed, edit their profile, create their own events, etc. Activate nicknames and maximise accessibility.
