To use the platform, the user may need to submit personal information. The user guarantees that the information is true and correct. The information that is provided is stored and processed in accordance with Our Personal Data Policy.

The user is personally responsible for keeping authentication information, such as username and password secret, and not giving anyone else access to your profile. If you suspect or know that such information has fallen into the hands of unauthorized persons, you must inform Univid about this and change your password immediately.

You have the right to delete your user account and your User generated material at any time.

The user has full responsibility for the User generated material (“The material”) which is created in Univid. If you create User generated material, You agree to the following:

A) Guarantee that you:

1. You have the right to distribute The material to the platform and offer it to other users.
2. The material does not, as far as you know, violate any law or good practice.
3. You are solely responsible for the payment of licenses, damages or other claims from third parties in connection with creating The material. All disputes in relation to User generated material, shall be resolved between the parties concerned without the involvement of Univid.

B) You automatically grant Us unlimited license to use, copy, modify, publish and distribute The material for commercial purposes.

C) You will not store or integrate illegal, obscene or otherwise offensive material or information in the Service, or otherwise use the Service in violation of the purposes for which the Service is provided, or send, transmit, or in the Service store viruses, Trojans or other malicious code, interfere with or interfere with the provision of the Service or data therein, or prepare you, or attempt to prepare you, access to the Service, or related systems, in a manner that violates these Terms of Use.

You may not, either directly, indirectly, alone, or with any other party, (i) copy, disassemble, deconstruct or decompile the Service or any of the material contained in the Service, (ii) modify, create adaptations based on, or translate the Service, (iii) license, sell, rent, lease, transfer or transfer any rights in the Service, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service, to another party. You may not cause or permit third parties to make, or attempt to perform, such acts as set forth above, except as expressly permitted by these Terms of Use.

We have the right at any time:

1. Change the Service or close the platform.

We shall use commercially reasonable measures to correct and deal with errors or to offer a reasonable, alternative solution as soon as possible during normal working hours. You shall assist with such access, information and support as We may reasonably need in the process of correcting and handling errors. This section constitutes Your sole right to remedy any part under these Terms of Use.

There may be situations when the Service will not be available due to circumstances beyond Our control, for which We are not responsible.

We will at certain times and for a limited period of time perform maintenance of the Service during which the Service, including servers and corresponding technical equipment will not be available to the Users.

We are not responsible for the content, products, services or information provided by users or third parties.

Swedish law shall be applied to these terms. Any disputes in connection with these conditions shall be decided in a general court where the Stockholm District Court shall be the first instance.
