Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

What are webinar registrants?
A webinar registrant registers for your webinar in a given month. Registrants are counted as unique per month. This means that a registrant can attend multiple webinars. Registrations are reset monthly.
What does a live participant mean? Is it per webinar?
A live participant is any registrant attending your webinar. For a plan offering 600 live participants, you can host as many webinars as you like with 600 participants. Note that the live participant must be registered so any live participant is associated with a unique registrant.
What happens if I go over the webinar registrant limit?
If you are on a paid plan, any registrant and participant can attend the webinar. We will work something out, normally you will get upgraded to the next tier for a suitable duration. To gather more registrations than expected is a success and you will not have to worry about limitations.
How long does it take to start a custom plan?
A custom plan can be arranged over a quick email dialogue or via a meeting - this can be done within hours if the requirements are clear.
Do you serve month-to-month agreements or are they annual contracts?
Most of our clients find a yearly plan beneficial, but in some cases, month-to-month agreements are offered. Book a demo to find out more.
What is the cancellation time?
Univid has a 1-month cancellation duration (standard deal). You can initiate it anytime by reaching out to Univid.
Does Univid offer a free plan?
Yes, Univid offers a free plan suitable for small teams and people considering getting started with webinars. You can run as many webinars as you like with up to 20 unique registrants per month on your brand.
Do I need to buy a Univid license for every employee in my organization?
No, Univid pricing is based on your type of audience and not based on your webinar format which can impact the amount of employees and guest speakers to attend the webinar.
I'm sold on Univid, but I need to convince the rest of my team. Can you help me?
We’re here to help. Connect with us via live chat or email, and we can identify a use case for choosing a new webinar software.
What payment options do I have for Univid?
You can purchase Univid using a credit card or opt-in for invoicing. You are solely responsible for any credit card interest or other credit card charges.
In what currency is Univid priced?
Univid prices are in EUR or US dollars throughout the world, including Univid products, services and extra-added Univid support. Invoicing can also be done in SEK. Invoicing in other currencies might be able upon request.
Where can I find additional information on pricing and billing?
Contact us via live chat or email and we will provide further guidance.
